    You perfectly balance intensity with kindness. You sternly drive us to do more, move faster, lift heavier. But at the same time, you encourage us to get back up and try again when we’ve run out of gas.

    That delicate blend of hard core drive and warm encouragement creates a desire in your clients to not let you down and to give all we’ve got to hit our goals.

  2. You inspire me. Your mind is right, your health is pristine, your happiness blows the roof off the charts! It seems like you have life figured out, how to live it up in the best way imaginable. There is just some aura around you that just literally glows and spreads to everyone you come into contact with. You inspire me to be a better person in every aspect of life, and i hope you can see what a positive impact you have on everyone around you.

  3. David was an awesome inspiration to me when I trained with him, and remains an inspiration to me now. When I met him, I weighed 260 pounds with a B.M.I. of 35%, was out of shape and eating poorly. It was a radical lifestyle change that we planned for the small amount of time we had to work together (about 8 weeks), but he made me feel confident in myself that I could do it. I completely cut out sugar, grains, and dairy products from my diet, and began my specialized personal training routine, meeting with David 3 times a week for 1 hour. During my workouts David stayed by my side and cheered me on, always encouraging me to push to my breaking point. After the first 4 weeks, I weighed in at 230 pounds with a B.M.I. of 20% and could visibly see my progress as well as feel it. By the end of my 8 weeks I weighed in at 220 pounds and felt much stronger. It was an incredible transformation in the short amount of time we had, and I can never thank David enough for what he has helped me accomplish. I’m now working out through another Crossfit branch in Oklahoma, weighing 210 pounds and going strong in both workout and diet.
