As a coach, I have a set of rules that should be followed when in the gym. These rules however are the same rules I believe we should live by outside of the gym as well. They are simple and easy rules to follow. They are inplace in order for you to get the most out of your workouts and more importantly, YOUR LIFE!
1. Work hard
